QC & IPQC 

 

      All parts are inspected in every phases of productions with a very strict tolerances and standard. IPQC (in process quality control) team is dispatched in each departments on daily basis.

     Quality Control is done as early as purchasing aluminum supplies. We buy Aluminum alloys from certified suppliers, and every shipment is verified by in-house Spectrograph® analysis to ensure conformance to customer requirements. 

          Also, first-piece casting Inspection at each new production run is very crucial to the quality issue, and it is signed off and stored. IPQC visually inspect parts on every pieces during the production run.  Last Piece Inspection at the end of each production run, and signed off and stored.
